Use of Generative AI

This journal prohibits the use of generative AI, AI-assisted technologies, or AI tools in the writing process or for creating and modifying images in submitted manuscripts. Exceptions may be made when such technologies or tools are used solely to improve readability and language or are an integral part of the research design. Authors are required to disclose any use of these technologies or tools in a dedicated "Declaration of Generative AI" section prior to the reference list, including the extent of their use and specific details about the technologies or tools employed, and a corresponding statement will be included in the published article. These technologies or tools must not be listed as authors, nor should they be cited as authors.
